President and Licensed General Contractor has lived in the
Knoxville area his entire life. He owned and operated Mike’s
Lock and Key in South Knoxville for over 26 years. His wife
Kathy is a licensed Realtor®
(www.kathycaylor.com) specializing in new
construction. Because of their joint love for construction,
Mike and Kathy decided to build homes together that were
meant to last for generations.
This unique husband and wife construction team not only
builds on multiple talents but also multiple
perspectives. Because of his dedication to true
craftsmanship and attention to detail, Mike manages the
daily construction side and is onsite to assure quality
at every level. Each home is built with the same
dedication that he would build his own home.
Kathy utilizes her real estate and business skills to stay attuned to the latest in design principles and product selections as well as track and control costs. She strives to assure that the homes they build are distinguished by intuitive floorplans, architectural details and interior spaces that recognize the way homeowners truly live.
